our healing is collective
Life is not something we are meant to figure out all on our own and you’re on the path to connecting with the right support for you.
We are all connected to one another, and individual wellness supports a collective healing in our communities.

about me
I specialize in working with people who have been hurt or betrayed by important people in their lives or failed by once-trusted systems. Experiences like this sometimes make it difficult to be open, honest, or vulnerable.
I honor and celebrate that self-protection. I am patient and respectful and show up with consistency, compassion, and a genuine belief that we are all usually just doing the best we can with the skills we have.
my style
My therapy style is relational-cultural, which just means that we build a strong link and learn about you, side by side. We explore your identities, past experiences, beliefs, patterns, goals, culture, and the systems you’ve been a part of to include family, community, educational, vocational, ancestral, historical, religious, etc.
My personal style is casual, curious, humorous, and transparent.
I provide therapy from a person-centered, culturally responsive, inclusive, anti-oppression, and affirming framework.
I am Mexican & Puerto Rican, grew up in El Paso, TX and now live in Austin with my family. My favorite things in life are reading in a hammock, paddleboarding, libraries, online shopping (then skipping checkout), and eating candy.
